Inspection 12
Inspection 12 is a pop punk band from Jacksonville, Florida. The name was taken from the popular Nickelodeon kids' show, The Adventures of Pete and Pete.
History
The original members, Robert Reid (vocals, guitar), Dan McClintock (bass, vocals) and Scott Shad (drums), formed the band while in junior high school in 1994. Pete Moseley (guitar) joined the band the following year.
James Trimble took Robert Reid's place when he decided to leave the band in 1997, and Dan McClintock took over on lead vocals. Drummer Scott Shad was killed in an auto accident in March 2001. Tim Grisnick joined as the new drummer that summer. James decided to leave the band in the summer of 2002, and was replaced by Matt Grondin in 2003.
