Husaybah

An Iraqi city situated along the Euphrates River on the Syrian border, it has a population of 300,000, chiefly Sunni Muslims.

During the 2003 invasion of Iraq, this city in the Al Anbar region of Iraq served as the home of Camp Gannon, a US military base.
