Hurricane Keith

Hurricane Keith was a hurricane born in the Caribbean in September of 2000. It achieved category 4 status, with winds of 140 mph, and the second strongest storm of the 2000 Atlantic hurricane season. It made landfall in Central America on October 6, 2000, causing great devastation from Belize to southern Mexico, with flooding, road destruction, and landslides. The death toll for the storm was in excess of 70.
