Howard Coble
Howard Coble (born 18 March 1931, Greensboro, North Carolina) is a Republican Congressman representing the 6th district of North Carolina(map) An attorney and U.S. Coast Guard veteran, he has served in Congress since 1985.
Coble was elected to his eleventh consecutive term in the 2004 Congressional elections, earning 73% of the popular vote and defeating Democrat William Jordan.
