Hood College
Hood College is a liberal arts college located in Frederick, Maryland.
Founded in 1893 as the Woman's College of Frederick, it was originally a women only college and did not admit men until 1971. Located on 50 acres (200,000 m²) and containing 30 buildings some 1,000 graduate students and another 900 undergraduates study at Hood in 27 undergraduate majors, eight master's degree and five certification programs.
