Homaro Cantu
Homaro Cantu, inventor, entrepreneur, and chef helps operate the Moto Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois.
His restaurant is famous for creating sushi using a Canon i560 ink jet printer. Rather than using conventional inkjet cartridges, he creates cartridges that are filled with organic, edible "inks." He prints onto the same edible paper that is used in designing some Birthday cakes and adds his own soy mixtures and seasonings for flavor.
His restaurant has been featured in the New York Times as well as some technology-related magazines, such as PC World.
