Hexetidine
Hexetidine is the medicinal ingredient in Sterisol, which is labelled for "the symptomatic treatment of "strep" throat, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, gingivitis, ulcerative stomatitis, oral thrush and Vincent's angina; postoperative hygiene following tonsillectomy, throat or oral surgery."
