Herb Titus

Herb Titus (October 17, 1937- ) was born in Baker, Oregon. Mr. Titus holds the J.D. degree (cum laude) from Harvard and the B.S. degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He is an active member of the bar of Virginia and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Court of Claims, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth, Tenth, District of Columbia and Federal Circuits. He was the vice-presidential candidate of the US Taxpayers Party in the U.S. presidential election, 1996, as the running-mate of Howard Phillips. He is currently of counsel to the law firm of William J. Olson, P.C.
