Skipper's Seafood and Chowder House

Skipper's Seafood and Chowder House is a fast food chain founded by Herb Rosen in 1969. At it's peak, the Bellevue, Washington based chain had over 200 outlets throughout the Northwest. In 1989, he sold the concept to National Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut and Burger King.
Rosen died on June 19, 2001. He was 79 years old.
