Hekiru Shiina (椎名 へきる Shiina Hekiru, born March 12, 1974) is a talented seiyuu and J-pop singer who was born in Higashi-kurume, Tokyo.

Hekiru is 152 cm tall, her three sizes are B77 W58 B83.

Hekiru is contracted with Arts Vision, a major agency for voice acting/idol talent in Tokyo, and Sony Music Records, which handles her music releases.
