Hecaton cairez

In the anime series Outlaw Star, set in the year 4188, humans have colonized many planets, including Hecaton Cairez.

Hecaton Cairez is a planet known for its powerful gravity. It also holds a legendary prison in which nobody has ever escaped. Because of the planet's gravity many of the prisoners die because of heart attacks, while those who survive begin to slowly adjust to it. Gene Starwind willingly entered the prison in order to retrieve information about the Galactic Leyline, and after a daring escape both he and Siya Wong managed to leave the planet, and have been the only ones lucky enough to do so.
