Hebat

The mother goddess of the Hurrians. Hebat was the consort of Teshub and the mother of Sarruma.

A king of Jerusalem mentioned in the Amarna letters (and author of several of same) was named Abdi-Heba or Abd-Hebat, possibly meaning "Servant of Hebat". This suggests that like many Canaanite cities, ancient Jebus may have been ruled by a Hurrian warrior class.
