Haida Manga is a blend of northeast Pacific and northwest Pacific design sensibilities.

The western shores of North America are represented by the highly disciplined Haida art as typically seen on totem poles. The western shores in Japan and Korea are represented by manwha, where cartoons are a substantial literary genre.
