Gully

A gully is a geological feature that is created by running water such that it forms a deep ditch or small valley. Such features are usually small, on the order of metres to tens of metres.

In the sport of cricket, gully is a close-in fielding position, primarily used as an attacking catching position.

Gully (chess) is a chess engine.
