The Guatemala national football team is the national team of Guatemala and is controlled by the Federación Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala. It has never qualified for the World Cup, but currently is making a surprising trip to the final round of CONCACAF qualifying for World Cup 2006.
Guatemala's best finish in the CONCACAF Gold Cup was fourth in 1996. They won the UNCAF Nations Cup in 2001.
