Ustinov College, is a postgraduate college of the University of Durham in England. It was founded in 1965 as the Graduate Society, and took its present name in 2003. The college is named after Peter Ustinov, Chancellor of the University from 1992 to 2004. While Durham's other colleges accept postgraduates, Ustinov College admits them exclusively, and is less formal in its structure than the other colleges.

The college's offices are on Old Elvet in the centre of the city, and it has accommodation both on Elvet Hill, at the Howlands Farm site, and also at the Parson's Field site at the end of Old Elvet, meaning is neither a Bailey College nor a Hill College. It may become a Hill College in the future, as current plans are for the Parson's Field site to be handed over to St Cuthbert's Society.
