Gorakhpur

Gorakhpur is a city in the eastern part of the state of Uttar Pradesh in India.

It shares a border with Nepal. It is famous for Geeta Press which publishes Hindu religious texts. It is also seat of Nath sect(Gorakhnath Temple). Many historic Buddhist sites(Kushinagar) are near by.It is also the headquarters of the North Eastern Railways.
