Good to Great

Good to Great is a nonfictional book by Jim Collins that describes how companies transition from being mediocre companies to great companies and how their competitors fail. In each case a company is compared to another in the same industry which, though faced with similar circumstances, failed to compete successfully.

Discussed, but not limited to these, are the companies Gillette, Kimberly-Clark, Nucor, Walgreens, Kroger, Abbott Laboratories, Circuit City, and Fannie Mae.
