Good-Bye, Chunky Rice is a 1999 graphic novel by Craig Thompson. The book tells the story of Chunky Rice, a small turtle who embarks on an ocean voyage leaving behind his mouse girlfriend.

As his debut picture novella, Good-Bye, Chunky Rice helped win Thompson the 2000 Harvey Award for Best New Talent.
