Gojira is a French death metal band.

Career

The band released many demos before their first album:

• Victim (1996)
• Possessed (1997)
• Saturate (Fall 1999)
• Wisdom

Then they released 2 very good albums, Terra Incognita (2001) and The Link (2003). They managed to have their own sound, alternating brutal riffs and more melodic parts.
