Gemini Nucleus

The goal of Gemini Nucleus is to create a production quality micro kernel based on the latest findings in operating system research. The result will be a micro-kernel having the following features:

• No abstractions, safe those necessary for protection
• Minimal set of primitives
• Support for capability based security
• Support for resource management needed for real-time and multimedia applications

Actual operating systems will be built on top of the Gemini Nucleus.
