Geisha cocktail

The Geisha is a cocktail made of:

• 2 oz. bourbon
• 1 oz. sake
• 2 teaspoons sugar syrup
• 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Shake with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes; garnish with fruit if desired. Serve.
