Gauntlet, occasionally spelled gantlet, can mean:
- Gauntlet is a video game originally produced in 1985 by Atari Games.
- Gauntlet is a protective glove used as a form of armour.
- Running the Gauntlet refers to a punishment or torture in which people armed with sticks or other weapons arrange themselves in two lines facing each other and beat the subject, who is forced to run between them.
- The Gauntlet was a store founded by Jim Ward that pioneered the field of body piercing.
- In the context of railroad operations, the term gantlet track refers to a section of two tracks that overlap to allow them to pass a narrow bridge or tunnel in little more than the space of one track.
