G12 Vision
The G12 Vision is an organization structure for church cell groups, or small groups. It is founded on the idea that each person should aim to mentor and raise up twelve people in the Christian faith, since that was the number of disciples Jesus had.
The structure is mostly found in evangelical, predominately charismatic churches and has proven to be very effective in Asia and Europe.
