Further Seems Forever

Further Seems Forever is a Christian emo band on Tooth & Nail Records, formed after the breakup of the Christian hardcore band Strongarm in 1998. Chris Carrabba of Dashboard Confessional fame was their lead singer on their first album, The Moon Is Down. The other original members (Nick Dominguez, Chad Neptune, Josh Colbert, and Steven Kleisath) played in Strongarm until that band's breakup, and Kleisath is also a member of Shai Hulud.

Right before the release of The Moon Is Down, Chris left to pursue Dashboard Confessional full time, leaving Further Seems Forever singerless. Soon, Jason Gleason joined the group as their lead singer and they released their second album, How to Start a Fire. A year into Jason's stint with Further Seems Forever, original member Nick Dominguez left the band to pursue a record label venture, Pop Up Records. Now, yet another singer has filled the position, as Jason Gleason has left as well. The new lead singer is Jonathan Bunch from the band Sense Field. Further Seems Forever continues to enjoy both mainstream and Christian success.
