Fuji Collective

Fuji Collective is an Australian band based in Sydney. Their music varies stylistically, drawing on influences including (but not limited to) jazz, funk, rock, and metal. They have been playing together under this moniker since late 2003, recording their first demo in mid-2004. Since then, they have played numerous shows at a number of venues, including The Metro. These shows are noted for being high-energy affairs, with songs often lasting well over 5 minutes and showcasing the talents of each of the members. The members are: Shaw Kamada-Laws (drums), Ty Wood (bass), Tom Dodd (guitar), Max Schollar-Root (guitar), David Dziedzic (trumpet), and Matthew Lee (alto sax).
