Fuefuki, Yamanashi

Fuefuki (笛吹市;-shi) is a city located in Yamanashi, Japan.

As of October 1, 2004 the city has an estimated population of 72,580 with a population density of 440 persons per km². The total area is 164.77 km².

The city was founded on October 12, 2004 from the merger of six towns and villages, all but Kasugai from Higashiyatsushiro District.
