Framboise
(Redirected from Frambozen)
Framboise (from the French word for 'raspberry') is a lambic beer fermented using raspberries which is native to Belgium. It is also known by the Flemish name Frambozen.
North American versions, unable to use the geographically specific lambic base, typically substitute a brown ale for a lambic.
Framboise is similar to Kriek, which uses cherries instead of raspberries.
