FolioFN is a financial company based in the Tysons Corner, Virginia suburb of Washington DC. Founded in 1998 by Steven Wallman, it gives investors a choice which is neither commission-based nor a mutual fund. In essence, the company allows investors to create their "own mutual funds" with nearly unlimited trading for a flat monthly fee.
