Finch (US band)
Finch is a rock band from Temecula, California, USA. They are signed to Drive-Thru Records, home of New Found Glory and The Starting Line. Even before the band were formed, guitarist Randy Strohmeyer, was a big fan of Drive-Thru Records and the bands that were signed to this label. Persistently, he tried to drum up interest from Drive-Thru towards various projects that he was in, but often failed. After many attempts, and failures, to gain Drive-Thru's attention, Strohmeyer finally did so with Finch. The band were promptly signed and released a four track EP Falling Into Place in 2002. Their debut album soon followed later that year. After touring extensivly in support of this CD, Finch made a contribution to the Underworld sountrack (Worms Of The Earth) in 2004, and that track was also on "Atticus... Dragging The Lake 2". Finch are now recording their album Say Hello To Sunshine, due for release on June 7, 2005.
