Final Night

Final Night was a crossover comic series published by DC Comics, and featured most of their leading heroes. In the story, the Sun was extinguished by the Sun-Eater, and the Earth began to freeze. Hal Jordan, the former Green Lantern then known as Parallax, sacrificed his life to reignite the Sun.
