Fichina

Fichina has two meanings in the Star Fox series.

Prior to Star Fox: Assault, Fichina was the Japanese name for the planet Fortuna in Star Fox 64. Star Wolf was officially introduced on this planet.

In Star Fox: Assault, Fichina is a separate planet from Fortuna and is locked in an eternal Ice Age. Cornerian Scientists discovered a way to control Fichina's climate and constructed a Climate Control Center, which is maintained by the Corneria Defense Forces, that makes the planet inhabitible.

The Aparoids infected the climate control system and disabled it with the help of Pigma Dengar. When Fox McCloud reactivated the center, the aparoid infested security system attacked him. Just as things were looking bleak, Falco Lombardi drops in to get Fox out. Pigma then shows up and causes an Aparoid Infection on a generator associated with the center. Fox destroys the newly created Aparoid Boss and saves the center from being destroyed.
