Feebas is a fictional character from the Pokémon franchise. This Water-type Pokémon evolves into Milotic if you feed it enough "Pokéblocks" to enchance its beauty.
Feebas has appeared in the Japanese Pokémon TV series episode, "The Fishing Master and the Giant Whiscash!"; Team Rocket's Jessie thinks poorly of it and flicks it off her hair when Feebas jumps out of the water, attracted to it. Feebas has also "appeared" when a salesman disgiused a Magikarp as a Feebas with paint in exchange for a rare pearl which gives Spoink its psychic abilities.
Name Origin
The name Feebas is a combination of the words feeble and bass. Its Japanese name Hinbasu means "poor bass".
