Federal Executive Institute

The Federal Executive Institute is a government training program run by the Office of Personnel Management to encourage leadership development among supervisors, managers, and executives.

The Institute has three training centers, located in Charlottesville, Virginia; Shepherdstown, West Virginia; and Denver, Colorado.
