Feargus Urquhart

Feargus Urquhart is a computer game developer and current the CEO of Obsidian Entertainment.

Urquhart is best known for his work at Interplay Entertainment, particularly as leader of Black Isle Studios. Black Isle, which Urquhart established in 1998, was Interplay's internal computer role-playing game division, and developed a number of well-known games, including Icewind Dale, Planescape: Torment, Fallout 1 and Fallout 2. When Interplay ran into financial difficulties, and Black Isle's future became uncertain, Urquhart and several other industry veterans departed to found Obsidian Entertainment. Urquhart still acts as Obsidian's CEO.
