Fairfield, New South Wales
Fairfield is a local government area and suburb of Sydney, Australia, about 30 kilometres south-west of the central business district. A large portion of its residents are migrants and their descendants, notably from former Yugoslavia and more recently from Cambodia, Laos and especially Vietnam, the latter concentrates around the suburb of Cabramatta. A large number of Assyrians and Italians also reside in Fairfield and sorrounding suburbs such as Bossly Park, Wetherill Park and Smithfield.
