Ethan Canin

Ethan Canin is an author. His published fiction includes The Palace Thief, a short story collection whose title story was made into the film The Emperor's Club, Emperor of the Air, another acclaimed short story collection, and Blue River (novel) and For Kings And Planets, both novels. Canin is also a physician and is on the faculty of the prestigious Iowa Writers' Workshop.
