Ernst Albrecht

Ernst Albrecht (born June 29 1930 in Heidelberg) is a German politician (CDU) and was Minister-President of Lower Saxony from 1976 until 1990.

During his tenure Albrecht was famously embroiled in an unusually large number of political scandals.
