Eric Carr

Born Paul Caravello, Eric Carr was the drummer with KISS for more consecutive years than anyone else. His makeup design, The Fox, was KISS's back-bone and fun side through the 80's. He played drums as Peter Criss's replacement but was in the band longer than Peter originally was. Eric played with KISS 11 years till he fell ill to cancer.

He died in 1991 from cancer. The group's 1992 release Revenge contained what is believed to be the only drum solo Carr ever recorded with the band, titled "Carr Jam 1981".
