Epinetron

The epinetron was an Attic female ceramic vessel associated with weaving. It is unknown exactly how it was used.

Often, it was a wedding gift and had a head or bust of Aphrodite on the front of it.

It might be decorated with scenes of women weaving or even Amazons.
