Enterobacter

Enterobacter is a genus of common gram-negative aerobic bacteria of the family Enterobacteriaceae. Several of the these bacteria are pathogenic and cause opportunistic infections in compromised (usually hospitalised) hosts. The urinary and respiratory tract are the most common sites of infection.
