Emirate Xaaron

Emirate Xaaron was a character in the Transformers comic books. He initially appeared only in those originated in the United Kingdom, but later appeared in some of the US issues as well. He was not based on any toy, nor did he appear in any cartoon series. Xaaron was one of the oldest transformers and was regarded by some to be the greatest peacetime leader in Cybertronian history, a role filled by Alpha Trion in the original cartoon series, though Xaaron by contrast was not a fighter. Xaaron met his fate when Primus possessed his body and ended up getting him killed.

Notes

The title "Emirate" in the character's name is actually a misnomer, as an emirate is a place ruled by an emir rather than a person. The proper name should therefore be "Emir Xaaron" but "Emirate Xaaron" is actually established canon.
