Elvetham Heath

Elvetham Heath is a large housing estate or mini-town in Fleet, Hampshire. It is built on land next to the M3 motorway formerly known as Railroad Heath which previously belonged to the Calthorpe Estate.

When complete this mini-town will provide 1,700 homes which will be serviced by one primary school. All other services will be supplied within Fleet which is already overcrowded for health services, leisure and education.
