Ellen Karcher

Sen. Ellen Karcher
Ellen Karcher (born February 28, 1964) has been a New Jersey State Senator since 2004. In the 2004 election, Senator Karcher ran against Republican Senate Co-President John O. Bennett III. Before her election to the Senate Karcher served on the Marlboro Township Council for two years, where she served as Council President.

Senator Karcher is the Vice Chairman of the Health, Human Services, & Senior's Committee, as well as the Wagering, Tourism and Historic Perservation Committee. She is also a member of the Transportation Committee.
