Elcat
ELCAT is an electric vehicle manufacturer based in Järvenpää, Finland. It was owned by electricity producer Fortum. Elcat has been working on of 1974 to design electric cars for Nordic climate. Up to now more than 160 cars have been made. Main users are Posti (post of Finland) and Stockholm-based delivery service. Car models are:
