Dum Dum Boys

Norwegian rock band. Originally from the wonderful city of Trondheim, they started up as a punk band under the name "Wannskrækk". They released a few singles before they in 1985 revitalized themselves with a new name and a somewhat new sound. This shift invoked the beginning of one of the greatest success stories in norwegian rock ever. The new name, "Dum Dum Boys", were taken from a song on the the album "the Idiot" by Iggy Pop. Their debut album, "Blodig Alvor (na na na na na)" still stands as one of the truly vital & classic albums in norwegian rock.
