Dugh
Dugh or dough — also called abdug, or tahn by Armenians — is a chilled beverage made from yogurt. It is drank widely in the Middle East, the Caucasus, and Afghanistan. Dugh is most popular in Iran and among Iranian expatriots and around the world. Traditionally, dugh is served with meals, especially kebab. In India, a similar drink called lassi is also popular.
