Dr. Pipt

Dr. Pipt, sometimes called "the crooked magician" is a fictional charactor from the Oz books series by L. Frank Baum. He first appears in The Patchwork Girl of Oz.

Dr. Pipt lives in Munchkin Country with his wife. He invented the Powder of Life, although in earlier books its invention is credited to a Dr. Nikdik, another crooked magician from the Gilkin Country.
