Diphendryamine

Diphendryamine is a medicine used to treat sleeplessness. It is marketed under such brand names as Simply Sleep and Sleepinal. Sometimes, diphendryamine can be mixed with acetaminophen to form a hybrid pain reliever/sleep inducer. The mixture is marketed as Tylenol PM.
