Dingiri Banda Wijetunge
Dingiri Banda Wijetunge (born 1922) was the governor of North Western province, Sri Lanka from 1988 to 1989, prime minister of Sri Lanka from 3 March 1989 to 7 May 1993 and President of Sri Lanka from 1 May 1993 to 12 November 1994. Wijetunge is known for his statement that "there is no ethnic problem in Sri Lanka; there is only a terrorist problem."
